CVOA and Dunham Young Travel, their management and employees act in good faith and on behalf of Villa Owners and Guests, but contract as agents only and in no way incur any liability for any acts, matters or things done, omitted or suffered by any party.


Important Information for all Guests

CVOA has reproduced information and photographs from Villa Owners and it is shown on the CVOA web site, but CVOA has not validated any of this information independently. Accordingly CVOA does not warrant the accuracy of any of the information shown on the CVOA web site.

CVOA facilitates bookings and reservations made between guests and villa owners but in no way guarantees the quality of those villa rentals. All reservations and contracts that are generated between guests and villa owners are between the contracting guest and the villa owner and CVOA is not in any way responsible for any claim arising from that contractual relationship.


Important Information for all Owners/Agents

CVOA is not responsible to any villa owner for any loss of income real or alleged because of CVOA's actions or the action of any third party or because of CVOA's failure to provide the agreed level of Internet or travel arrangements service, even if such came about because of a service outage or CVOA's negligence. CVOA will terminate the contract of any villa owner who fails to live up to the terms of the contract with CVOA. CVOA will immediately terminate the contract of any villa owner who in CVOA's sole opinion fails to respond fairly and adequately to a guest's complaint or request for a refund. CVOA is not responsible for the actions of guests. CVOA will not be able to check a guest's party size or the guests' behavior whilst in the property. The villa owner through his local representative must make himself responsible for such controls.
