Casa Columbia is centrally located on a private, quiet hilltop above Barrio Florida, an area characterized by rolling green meadows and unobstructed views of Puerto Rico. The island’s two towns, Isabel II and Esperanza, are each located less than ten minutes by car as are the island’s closest beaches.

Styled after a Tuscan villa and completely redesigned and updated
in 2005, Casa Columbia is four levels of island chic. Tropical warmth meets minimalist cool. The contrast of white washed rooms and dark wood furnishings. Arched windows frame bird’s eye ocean views. Every modern convenience. Even the floors feel luxurious. Turkish travertine tile is used exclusively creating a continuous flow from room to room, indoor to outdoor.

Pool Level – This level is characterized by the dramatically cantilevered, deep-water pool surrounded by decks and terraces of raw travertine. An outdoor shower is located adjacent
to the pool. Also on this level you’ll find a large living area with minifridge, a guest bedroom, a half-bath, and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer.

Main Level – The main level consists of living room, dining room (with adjacent outdoor dining terrace), kitchen, and a full bath.

Second Level – A master bedroom with master bath, a second guest room and a half-bath are located on the second level.

Rooftop Patio – Consisting of two levels, the rooftop patio is high enough to offer views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean sides of the island. The patio is well lit and has a wet bar and mini-fridge. During the day, the rooftop patio is a great place to sit in the sun, with the prevailing winds keeping you comfortable and dry. At night, lay back and enjoy unobstructed views of the star-packed sky above.

Sleeping Accommodations
Casa Columbia offers comfortable sleeping
accommodations for six (6) adults.

• Master Bedroom (Second Level) – Queen-size bed, flat screen TV with
DVD player, air conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The master bedroom also has a private en suite bath, with floor to ceiling travertine tile, glass block shower and double sinks set in a poured concrete counter.

• Guest Bedroom (Second Level) – Queen-size bed, double height ceiling,
air conditioning, and views of both the Atlantic and the Caribbean. The second floor half-bath is located across the staircase landing.

• Guest Bedroom (Pool Level) – Queensize bed, adjacent half-bath and living area with mini-fridge, and ceiling fans. (Please note: The pool level, including the pool level guest bedroom, is not air conditioned.

Casa Columbia is not available to parties with children under eighteen or pets.

Our property manager meets guests at the Vieques airport, transports them and their luggage to the rental car agency (if necessary) and then to the house. At the house, guests are given a property and island orientation, complete with an information packet containing maps and similar helpful items. Our property manager is on-call during your entire stay.
