CVOA offers this waterfront villa that is beautifully sited along a secluded hillside directly on prestigious Peter Bay in St John, just 50 feet above the ocean, and is built on several levels for maximized ocean views and cool tradewinds. A columned entry portico ushers you into this spectacular villa, and as you step inside the foyer, the picture-perfect panorama of 2B's azure sea view will take your breath away. 2B at Peter Bay's main floor is actually on two levels. The first level includes the portico, foyer, library/office and open-design kitchen. Six steps lead to Great Room and sitting area for reading, TV and movies, and for formal dining. Five sets of double French doors lead to the expansive covered gallery decorated with cushioned sofas and a dining table for eight, ready for alfresco dining with a view. The gallery is the heart of this villa and overlooks the grandeur of Peter Bay and green islands beyond. A wraparound balcony surrounds three sides of the gallery, with one side featuring a gas grill and wine cooler. Two steps lead to the private pool and sun deck, with chaise lounges for sunbathing and a small cocktail area for two. A short stone staircase leads through lush landscaping down to this villa's next tier, offering a stone terrace with a large hot tub. A few more steps lead to a secluded waterfront overlook of Peter Bay's coral reef, rugged lava shoreline and the beautiful National Park waters and surrounding hills. This overlook is named Anniversary Point in celebration of its discovery on the owners' 25th wedding anniversary. Anniversary Point is a special intimate nook for two, designed to share a glass of wine and quiet moments together. Additional stone steps along the water's edge, lighted for balmy nights, lead gently down to the totally private Beach Terrace perched just 10 feet above the rolling ocean waves. Nearest Beach: Walk along oceanside path to Peter Bay Beach about 100 feet away, or drive minutes to Cinnamon, Hawk's Nest or Trunk Bay National Park Beaches.
Staff: Once, mid-week (starting January 5, 2008, maid service twice per week will be included in the rental rate).
Entertainment: 1 36-inch satellite TV, DVD player + VCR (in Great Room), CD player, radio, books, games, movie + music collections, DSL line for your laptop, fax machine/copier and answering machine.
