Crystal Sands Villa on the Beach, Turks and Caicos

Crystal Sands Villa is a huge villa, right on the beach! Each of the two Crystal Sands Villa suites has two master bedrooms with king or king/twin beds and ensuite baths (4BR total). Each master suite has a direct view of the beach! The suites can be rented together or separately. Sapodilla Bay "Children's Beach" has crystal clear water, shallow for about 100 yards with a pure sand bottom! The sand is sugary white! The owners live on island and maintain the villa impeccably! Fully equipped, the villa offers the perfect vacation experience!
Vacation comfort is a given, with the villa’s large living area with extra sofa bed and well planned baths, with large vanities, large walk in showers and fabulous storage! The balcony is magnificently 50 foot long and it is covered! Whether you choose 2BR/2baths or 4BR/4baths, comfort and luxury are assured!
Our fresh water swimming pool is nestled in a beautiful garden setting for privacy. The gardens feature dozens of tropical flowering plants and plenty of shady places to sit. Our palapas offers a restful setting for enjoying our hammocks.
Expect a fully equipped kitchen, linens, including beach towels, cable TV, CD/DVD, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, beautiful furnishings!

We rent our villa in several different configurations. Please check with us for specific rates, if you are unsure. The Penthouse is typically $200/week more expensive than our Beach Level Suite, listed above.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted!
The Turks and Caicos government villa tax of 10% is added to your total payment.
Air conditioning is available at an extra charge which is based on metered usage.
There is a water surcharge of $125/person for occupancy greater than four per unit. (Up to two additional people, maximum occupancy of six per unit.) Please check with us if you have any questions!

Holiday rates apply for Feb. 7-21, 2009, Mar. 14-28, 2009, Easter Apr 11-18, 2009 and Nov. 22-29, 2008 or Nov. 21-28,2009 Thanksgiving. The Christmas reservation is a two week, Entire Villa minimum. The Entire Villa can sleep 8 comfortably. Our sleep sofas are available for those who do not need privacy within the suite. We are open to your requests! Please contact us!

It is kept up beautifully. It is clean and neat. The swimming pool is perfect for cooling off! The grounds are full of prolific, flowering plants. The hammocks, the chairs and the shady areas are ideal for relaxing! And the location is the best on the island. The beach is quiet, calm and pristine. The sand is sugary white!
