A beutifully appointed four-bedroom villa on the Mt. Irvine Golf Course. This colonial style villa offers four comfortable bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. Entrance to the house is through a large back patio and into the open-plan living and dining room, flowing out to the spacious front patio. There is a split staircase leading down to the private swimming pool, lush tropical gardens and across the golf course to the sea. A wide corridor leads off the living room to the bedrooms, two on one wing and the master on the other wing of the house.

Bedrooms: Canboulay has four air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans (there are ceiling fans in all rooms throughout the villa) and en suite bathrooms with tub/showers (garden studio has shower only) and hairdryers.
Nearest Beach: 3 min. drive.
Staff: Maid service 6 days a week.
Entertainment: Cable TV, Stereo and CD player
Security Deposit: One nights rental
Other Notes: Although most things are relatively close at hand, a hired car is strongly recommended for all private villa holidays, unless you prefer staff to call taxis for you as required. Public transport is sporadic and not a convenient option. A car will be useful if you want to dine out at night or do lots of sightseeing and particularly when it comes to shopping for groceries.
