Admiral's Quay #5 offers you a discounted one bedroom rate for this villa that is situated in a townhouse development in Rodney Bay within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, the JQ Shopping Mall and the many restaurants of Rodney Bay. Admiral’s Quay #5 has a spacious sitting /dining room with stereo and cablevision TV. The room is cooled by ceiling fans and it opens out through French doors onto a patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its boat traffic of luxury yachts and smaller craft. There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room and a small powder room. Upstairs there are two air conditioned double bedrooms. Bedroom I has a double bed and ensuite shower room and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has one single bed and is cooled by a standing fan. There is an additional shower room that is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.

Admiral’s Quay is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a large swimming pool. Staffing – half day maid service –Monday to Saturday. Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
