Anchorage Two, St. Lucia

Anchorage villa is situated in the prime tourist area of St. Lucia. The Anchorage, a group of 21 townhouses, is a perfect example of luxury living in St. Lucia. The townhouses are situated within easy walking distance of many restaurants, two supermarkets, international banks, boutiques and car hire agencies and with easy access to Reduit Beach, the safest swimming beach on the island.

These architect designed, Spanish style; townhouses are situated in fully landscaped, lush tropical gardens, with a full sized swimming pool and whirlpool.
Anchorage #2 is a waterfront unit enjoying views of the Marina and the boat traffic around the area. It has its own private dock which is available for rental at a small additional charge.

Downstairs there is a spacious sitting/dining room with ceiling fans and cable vision TV. These rooms open onto a patio with a barbeque – perfectly designed for al fresco dining.

There is a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and guest bathroom.

Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms – bedroom I has a kingsize bed with an additional divan bed and an ensuite shower room, bedroom II has a queen size bed and a divan bed and bedroom III has bunk beds. These two bedrooms share another shower room.

½ day maid service is provided Monday, Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
