From the villa’s three bedrooms each with poster beds to the inviting living room furnished in tropical decor and finally, the full kitchen that opens out to an outdoor dining patio...your family vacation or intimate paradise retreat is sure to be spectacular! Area: Cruz Bay is the charming/colorful town where the ferry arrives. It has lots of wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, dive shops, etc. Short 5-minute drives west of Cruz Bay are the well-established neighborhoods of Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole, matching relaxed surroundings with convenient locations. The beaches along this stretch of the south shore range from coral to sand. The closest sandy beach is in Great Cruz Bay, home of the Westin Hotel and Resort.

Staff: Once per week. The villas are cleaned before and after your arrival. Mid week maid service is included with some rentals, see the individual villa page on our website for details. Additional maid service is available if booked and paid for in advance: Rates start at $20.00/hr with a 3 hr minimum.
Taxes: Villas are subject to the 8% U. S. Virgin Islands Hotel Tax.
Security Deposit: We require a $35 non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver fee for all reservations. The fee is in lieu of a damage deposit and is an insurance fee to cover accidental villa damage or loss up to $500.
Other Notes: Child Friendly for children over 8 yrs old. No children 8months-8 yrs. This is a Non- Smoking Villa.
