Villa Fairview, Saba

Our beautiful, newly renovated Sabanian house is placed on a very unique location on the island Saba for a quiet and relaxing holiday. At a 1000 feet, ‘Fairview’ overlooks the charming village of Windwardside in the middle of the island. The house, which is surrounded by beautiful nature; is approached from a quiet street, providing the utmost privacy. The unique location allows for a magnificent view from the wide verandas overlooking the town of Windwardside, Mount Scenery and the Caribbean to the South West. You will find a number of fine restaurants and shops, all within walking distance.

The house is divided into a large fully equipped kitchen with both stove and oven, a large American refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and anything you can expect to find in such a luxuriously appointed villa. The spacious living room leads to a very large porch, with great views. On the same floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms (about 30 m2) each with a comfortable King-size bed. Between the bedrooms you will find the bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet inside. Both bedrooms are accommodated with air-condition, but you probably will not use it, because the nights will cool off perfectly.

Villa Fairview includes a downstairs studio to accommodate a fifth or sixth guest (approximately 60 m2). It has a King-size bed, bathroom and its own terrace. There is also a separated room with washing-machine and dryer.

Saba is a paradise for the scuba enthusiast and according to the experts, one of the best diving spots in the world. There are three professional diving schools on the island. The waters around the island, as well as the seabed and the seamounts form the Saba Marine Park, formally established to preserve and manage Saba's marine resources for the benefit and enjoyment of the people.

A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation.
The remainder must be received by us 30 days before your stay. Payment may be made in US dollars or in Euro's.
