Cassava Cottage has a shady entrance with overhang. Comprising of: Sitting and Dining area with Caribbean Vistas, spacious fully equipped kitchen with large serving hatch to outside balcony, Master Bedroom with King size bed and ensuite, Second bedroom with two single beds, Spacious House Guest full bathroom, and Outside balconies leading to private swimming pool.

Downstairs laundry facilities.

Minimum booking of seven nights.

Request three and four person rates.

Rates includes part time maid service and utilities, and local telephone calls.

The beach is approximately a 15-20 minute walk.

Internet is available upon request at an extra cost.

Pets may be welcome - depending on animal.

Long term rentals are also available, upon request.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN THE HIGH SEASON

Terms: Payment Instructions upon booking.

Deposit: 50% of the total amount of the rental is required to confirm reservation.

If not received within 14 days of inquiry, reservation will be cancelled.

Balance: To be paid on day of arrival.

Cancellations: No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. An alternative booking will be accepted if dates are available.

For last minute bookings, full payment on day of arrival.
