CVOA offers Lime Acre that is a beautiful and unique 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beachfront villa with separate 2 bedroom cottage located in Whitehouse on Jamaica’s tranquil south coast. The villa is about 1 mile to the new Sandals Whitehouse resort. Built in the 1920's as the residence of a lime plantation owner the villa sits on approximately 4 acres of land, filled with mangoes and other fruit trees. The design makes extensive use of Jamaican mahogany and other tropical hardwoods incorporated into beamed ceilings and built-in closets. Many of the furnishings are original to the house, or beautifully crafted reproductions. Lime Acre is approximately 11/2 hours from the Montego Bay airport and about 1 hour from Negril. The main house consists of 3 upstairs bedrooms; two of which have magnificent views of the sea and open to a verandah with views of the sea and gardens; the third bedroom has an adjoining sitting area overlooking the pool and sea. The ground floor has a spacious living/dining room with beamed ceilings, a den with TV and a wrap-around verandah for sitting and dining, and a terrace overlooking the pool. The cottage has two bedrooms with one full bathroom, and a porch with sea and garden views. Outdoors the villa is surrounded by gardens and rolling lawns overlooking the sea. Next to the beach is a small, shady terrace with tables for relaxing or dining, and a jetty.

-Bedroom 2 Second floor, with views of gardens and sea, double bedroom (2 double beds) with air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in closet and bathroom with full bath and shower across the hall. Walk out to the verandah, shared with master bedroom.
-Bedroom 3 Second floor, view of garden, queen 4-poster bed with air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in closet and en-suite bathroom. This room connects to a small sitting area with views of the pool and sea. Cottage

Lime Acre has a full staff of 4, comprised of butler, cook, housekeeper/laundress and gardener.

Taxes: Rates include Government Consumption Tax (GCT), except for Moondance villas where the tax of 8.25% is not included.
Other Notes: 5 air conditioned bedrooms, 4 with en-suite bath. Seaside terrace. 2 Spacious covered verandahs for dining or relaxing. One Evening (dinner and show) at the Sandals Whitehouse Resort (adult couples only), or Beaches Negril (if there are children). Villa rates are weekly and can start on any day of week. Minimum stay is 4 nights during low season (summer) and 7 nights during high season (winter). There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week. Nightly rates are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding 10% surcharge. Seven Seas requires one week stay. We will price a number of our villas for less than full occupancy. Rates include full villa staff (cook, housekeeper, gardener, laundress). Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), current rates of exchange would apply.
