Located on Negril's spectacular 7-Mile Beach, Moon Dance Villas are a collection of six elegant and luxuriously appointed beach homes. Each offers you the services of its own professional, attentive staff of chef, bartender, and housekeeper- whose goal is making your Jamaican vacation a truly unforgettable taste of paradise! Ginger Breeze is a 5,500 sq. ft. 5-bedroom luxurious villa that along with its sister Moon Dance villas offers a new level of elegance and service previously not found in the Negril area. These beachfront homes come fully equipped with everything to make your Jamaican vacation a memorable experience. Your professional staff of chef, bartender, housekeeper and laundress will attend to your comfort and pamper you during your stay at Ginger Breeze. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with double vanities, separate sitting area and verandah, and comes equipped with air-conditioning, TV, CD player and alarm clocks. All three bedrooms have beach views. Ginger Breeze has a large beach side gazebo that may be used for ocean front dining. Bedroom Configuration: Bedrooms are air conditioned and have a king beds, cable TV, CD player, en-suite bathroom and private verandahs. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms and 2 downstairs. Maximum 10 persons with alternative of more at companion properties.

Villa rates are weekly and can start on any day of week. Minimum stay is 4 nights during low season (summer) and 7 nights during high season (winter). There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week. Nightly rates are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding 10% surcharge. Seven Seas requires one week stay. We will price a number of our villas for less than full occupancy. Rates include full villa staff (cook, housekeeper, gardener, laundress). Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), current rates of exchange would apply.
