Each offers you the services of its own professional, attentive staff of chef, bartender, and housekeeper- whose goal is making your Jamaican vacation a truly unforgettable taste of paradise! Bay Whisper is a 5,000 sq. ft. 5-bedroom luxurious villa that along with its sister Moon Dance villas offers a new level of elegance and service previously not found in the Negril area. These beachfront homes come fully equipped with everything to make your Jamaican vacation a memorable experience. Your professional staff of chef, bartender, housekeeper and laundress will attend to your comfort and pamper you during your stay at Bay Whisper. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with double vanities, separate sitting area and verandah, and comes equipped with air-conditioning, TV, CD player and alarm clocks. All bedrooms have beach views. Bay Whisper has 3 Jacuzzis, 2 of which are located on bedroom patios and one by the swimming pool. Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom upstairs is 1,000 sq. ft. with a four-poster king size bed and features an entertainment center with large screen TV, stereo, soaking tub, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, Jacuzzi and fully stocked bar. Bedrooms 2 & 3 upstairs are air conditioned and have a king beds, en-suite bathrooms, cable TV, CD player, en-suite bathroom and private verandahs. Bedroom 2 has a Jacuzzi on the verandah. Bedrooms 4 & 5 downstairs are air conditioned and have a queen beds, en-suite bathrooms, cable TV, CD player, en-suite bathroom and private verandahs. Maximum 10 persons with alternative of more at companion properties.

Taxes: Rates include Government Consumption Tax (GCT), except for Moondance villas where the tax of 8.25% is not included.

Villa rates are weekly and can start on any day of week. Minimum stay is 4 nights during low season (summer) and 7 nights during high season (winter). There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week. Nightly rates are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding 10% surcharge. Seven Seas requires one week stay. We will price a number of our villas for less than full occupancy. Rates include full villa staff (cook, housekeeper, gardener, laundress). Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), current rates of exchange would apply.
