Staff: A personal cook is available upon request at a supplementary charge of US$15 per person per day.

Minimum stay is 4 nights during low season (summer) and 7 nights during high season (winter). There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week. Nightly rates are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding 10% surcharge. Seven Seas requires one week stay. We will price a number of our villas for less than full occupancy. Rates include full villa staff (cook, housekeeper, gardener, laundress). Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), current rates of exchange would apply.
