CVOA offers, Drambuie Estate, a spectacular 35 acre hilltop villa with extraordinary views of the sea and Montego Bay. The villa was built in the 1940's by the Duke of Malborough as their private winter residence. Using cut stone walls brought from England over 200 years ago as ships ballast, the villa is constructed to resemble a 18th century tropical plantation house. The Main House consists of a Great Room with large, comfortable sitting area, games area (including a pool table), TV viewing, sound system and many french doors that open onto a 330 foot wrap around stone verandah. The villa is furnished in great style with antiques, oriental carpets, fine original art, china and pottery. Also in the Main House is the spacious Master Bedroom suite. A short pathway from the Main House leads through tropical gardens to The Cottage, where there are an additional 3 bedrooms. A few steps down from The Cottage is The Hideaway, a very private bedroom retreat, making for 5 bedrooms in total

Staff: The villa has a full staff of 8 including, chef, butler, bartender, housekeepers, laundress and gardeners.
Entertainment: Fresh water pool, complimentary full time van and driver, tennis, kayak, Cable/Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, CD, Telephone, Second Phone Line, Guest Cell Phone, Wireless Internet.
Taxes: Rates include Government Consumption Tax (GCT). There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week. Nightly rates are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding 10% surcharge. Seven Seas requires one week stay.
Other Notes: A/C, ceiling fans, hair dryers, crib, high chair, computer, Dining Pavilion and bar, gazebo.

You hereby agree to pay the owner of your villa the cleaning or replacement costs for all damages to personal property or to the real estate, which may occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear.
