Designed by the great Arne Hasselqvist of Mustique Villas fame, CVOA offers Swallow Villa whose sophisticated comfort is in a convenient locale. This luxury villa offers a gourmet kitchen adjoining the living and dining area, a computer-equipped office, a breezy covered patio area, and three air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites. The king master suite is enhanced by a large and lavish master bath with a jacuzzi tub for two, mirrored walls, deluxe shower and a dressing room. French doors lead out to the covered patio and to the sunny pool deck and gazebo. The second bedroom/bath suite is across the patio for excellent privacy, and the third separate air-conditioned bedroom/bath is at the end of Swallow Villa's blue-tiled pool in its own pavilion. An exotic hardwood staircase leads to this pavilion's air-conditioned lower level with a sitting room and an exercise area with workout equipment. Wonderfully decorated and equipped, Swallow Villa is situated right across the street from the beach, near neighborhood restaurants and a mini-market, and is just a short drive to famous Grand Anse Beach, shops, airport, and picturesque St. George's. And it's well situated to catch cool tropical breezes and lovely sunset views of Prickly Bay and yachts at anchor. Upon your arrival, your first evening's dinner with wine and a welcome basket with breakfast items will await you. Merle, Swallow Villa's housekeeper and an excellent cook, is on hand to prepare three delicious meals per day for you (you buy the groceries and beverages; her cooking services are included in the weekly rental rate) to make your Grenada holiday relaxing and carefree...you'll find her warm, friendly and accommodating. (Merle is also available for babysitting at $5 per hour, and can stay late or on weekends at your request at $7 per hour additional. **She will be cooking at Swallow Villa after 8 a.m. Mondays through Fridays and until noon on Saturdays; maid and laundry service at Swallow Villa is done daily)

Bedrooms:Entire Villa includes 1 king, 2 twins (OR 1 king, your choice), + 1 queen in pool pavilion bedroom suite. *Single bed in office for 7th person (no a/c in office).

Staff:Maid + laundry service is done daily, 7 days per week. Cooking 3 meals daily Mondays - Saturday mornings, also included in rental rates.
Entertainment:Cable TV in each bedroom, DVD player in master BR, 1 VCR, 6-CD/tape player, radio, movie + music collections, books, games, computer with free wireless internet, printer, free unlimited long-distance phone calls to the U.S.A., Canada and England, fax + answering machines.
