Villa Tropical, Curacao

Near the beaches and the historic city of Willemstad. Villa Tropical is a large luxurious villa that has two adjoining swimming pools in a large tropical garden. A typical Curacao villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that offers facilities for up 10 adults and 2 young children.

All bedrooms are air conditioned with large ceiling fans to bring you extra cooling.

The spacious kitchen offers hot plates and gas rings, a sizable refrigerator with ice machine, an oven and a microwave. Of course there is a washing machine and a dryer.

There is internet access in the villa (ADSL).

The Garden and the Swimming Pool:
The villa is built to get the most of the trade winds. You can therefore enjoy the porches and the tropical green garden also in the daytime.
Villa Tropical offers you a lot of space on the outside as well: it is situated in a large tropical garden of 18000 square feet. The swimming pool is 24 by 12 feet and connected with a pool for small children. The pool is fenced for security reasons. Alongside the swimming pools is a shady terrace with hammocks. Use them! In the garden you will find a separate barbecue spot.
The garden is irrigated automatically from a deep well. In this very green garden you will find many different tropical plants and trees.

The Location:
Villa Tropical is located on the boarder of one of the best situated residential areas of Willemstad: Bottelier. Its location is very central: it takes a 5 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful and popular beaches of Curacao: Mambo Beach, Kontiki Beach, Zanta Beach, Baya Beach and the beach at Jan Thiel. One of the biggest supermarkets on the island is just a few hundred yards away. In the direct neighborhood you will find many restaurants with different cuisines.

Car Rental:
You can rent 1 or 2 cars with the villa.

You will be met at the airport and transferred to the villa by our English speaking supervisors.

The villa is quite large. The amount you pay is therefore subject to the number of persons of your company. Children up to the ages of two years come for free.

Prices are in dollars but can also be quoted in euros. The rates in dollars are subject to the exchange rate of the euro and can deviate slightly from the mentioned amounts. Prices are per night.

Rental terms:
Deposit of 50% of rental fee due within 10 days of booking.
You can arrive any day of the week. The minimum stay is 7 nights. During the high season at the end of the year, the minimum rental period is 14 nights.
The time of arrival is 4 p.m. or later. We ask you to leave the villa at 10 a.m. to give opportunity for our staff to clean the villa for other guests. In the case you want to spend the day of departure in the villa then you’ll have to make a reservation for another night to make that sure. We can’t rent the villa the same day if you leave late.

Cleaning costs: $113 + $15 per person
When the renting period is two weeks or more there will be a weekly cleaning up with no extra charges.
The normal use of electricity, gas and water: Free
Children up to two years of age: Free
Baby chairs and beds: Free
Internet access: $3.80 per day

Transport from and to the airport Hato: $60 per 4 persons. You will be met at the airport and transported to the villa by our English speaking supervisors. They will show you around in the villa and make you feel at home immediately.

Car rental: $68 per day or $438 per week.
