Stunning, large, 5-tier cascading swimming pool with 3 waterfalls and whirlpool literally steps from the Villa. Designer-decorated, 3+ bedroom, 3.5 bath 3-storey Caribbean-style villa with large media loft (doubles as a 4th bedroom) and separate office area. Sleeps up to 8.

Fully equipped state-of-the-art open-concept kitchen with granite countertops, halogen cooktop and convection/microwave oven, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator with ice dispenser. Also included is a stacking washer & dryer. Cayman Calypso Villa also has FREE DSL (High Speed Wireless Internet access) and cable TV.

The beautiful, master bedroom has a king sized canopy bed and cathedral ceilings, along with a large ensuite with Jacuzzi & separate shower stall. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized poster bed, both have walk-outs to the large balcony overlooking the pool.

On the main floor is the third bedroom, with twin Bamboo beds and another ensuite with shower stall. Ideal for older guests or parents travelling with you, or teenagers who want some separation from their parents. On the 3rd floor, with the media loft, is a pull-out sofa, and a small kitchenette. So there is plenty of space, and no need to be crowded. We sleep 8 without someone making the living room their bedroom!

We are situated on a quiet ocean-front corner in the village of East End, away from the crowds and congestion of 7 mile beach & Georgetown. We are steps from the beach -- approx. 200 feet. Nearby are many fabulous restaurants -- from budget to very upscale, and everything in between. Many of the tourist attractions are just a short drive away. We are just a 40-minute scenic drive from the airport, mostly along the coast.

One of the best Dive Operators is a 2 minute drive away: Ocean Frontiers. We are 25 minutes from the famous "Stingray City".

We are a NON-SMOKING Villa. You may smoke on the patio, but not in the house. The above rates are for 1-4 people. Rates are slightly higher for more people, so please contact us for a quote. There is a mandatory 10% Cayman Accommodation Tax added to the rental rates. 5 day minimal rental in Low Season and 7 day minimal rental in High Season. We have a property manager who will meet you and give you the keys, and check in with you during your stay. We also have a discount with a local car rental agency -- we will provide you with the details once you make a reservation.

The 5 swimming pools are truly beautiful. One of them is only 3 1/2 feet deep -- ideal for children or non-swimmers (but too deep to be called a "kiddie" pool).

There is a continual light breeze in the East End, which has many benefits. Hot days are bearable, humid days don't feel so sticky, and the most important thing -- it keeps away the mosquitoes and flying bugs. Some other parts of Cayman do have a problem with mosquitoes, although those areas are sprayed regularly.

All linens & towels & beach towels are provided. We also give you a "starter" kit with one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, soft soap in each bathroom, one bar of soap for each bathroom (not those mini bars you get in hotels, ours are good for a week at least), one roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a few dishwasher tablets. We are about a 20 minute drive from a huge, beautiful new grocery store, and only 5 minutes (if that) from a convenience store.
