Adding to your comfort is the convenient amenities, the onsite pool and clubhouse and shaded veranda and terrace.

The Home is located approximately 7 minutes from the island’s major Resort area. In addition there are several Restaurants, Grocery stores in very close proximity and located only 12 minutes away is the Capital city, Oranjestad, where you will find some of the island’s best shopping and entertainment.

The Canuku House features a luxurious master bedroom complemented by a queen size bed and plenty of room to stretch out after your sun filled day at the beach. The master bedroom features a spacious tiled ensuite boasting ceramic tile flooring, pedestal sink, toilet and tile surround shower. You’ll be sure to feel right at home in our island paradise!

Furnished with casual, island style furniture calling you to relax, you'll find everything needed to unwind and feel at home. The kitchen opens to the living and dining areas, which are surrounded by windows. The guest bedrooms are comfortable with double beds, dressers, wardrobes and all of the extras. Conveniently located in the home is the laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. The second bathroom is beautifully tiled and is located down the hall between the guest rooms.

DEPOSITS: Your deposit is due within 5 days of making your reservation. For rentals, the deposit can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, certified cheque or money order. The rental fee can also be paid by Visa, MasterCard, certified cheque or money order. If the deposit is not received within 10 days, your reservation may be canceled.

RENT: The full rental payment is due 45 days prior to arrival, except for reservations which include the dates 12/20-01/07; this full rental payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. If your payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be subject to cancellation. Rent must be paid in U.S. funds by Visa, MasterCard, certified cheque or money order.

CANCELLATIONS: You have the right to cancel with 45 days written notice (90 days notice for reservations which include the dates 12/20/07-01/08). With timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be returned less a $50 cancellation fee and the $35 processing fee, unless your reservation includes the dates 12/20/07-01/08, there will be a $200 cancellation fee and the $35 processing fee. If less than 60 days (or 90 days during the 12/20/07-01/08 period) written notice, all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can re-book your rental dates. No refunds will be given for early departure as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: The home requires a $500.00 Security Deposit, unless otherwise indicated. This may be done in the form of a pending credit card authorization. This deposit will be returned (or cancelled) within 30 days less damages, missing items, toll calls or excessive cleaning.
