CVOA’s VillaAdvisor Service is unique in the Caribbean villa industry. We have made our new villa rating and review service the key element in our villa booking service.

The # 1 Villa is the best villa according to the VillaAdvisor system ratings. This is powerful for travelers and villa owners, managers and agents.

Villa travelers can book their villa vacation knowing that all of the villa owners and managers participating in the service are confident in the quality of their villas.

Villa travelers can choose to only view search results of villas which are part of the VillaAdvisor service.

Villa travelers can read unbiased reviews from previous renters of their chosen villa.
Owners, managers and agents can participate in the VillaAdvisor service free of charge.

Conditions of Participation in CVOA VillaAdvisor Program

1. CVOA and its parent Dunham Young Inc. act in good faith and agree to provide the CVOA Villa Advisor program to villa owners, managers and agents but accept no responsibility whatsoever for any harm or damage that might be caused to villa owners, managers and agents through the CVOA VillaAdvisor Program howsoever that might be caused.

2. To participate in the program villa owners, managers and agents must use the CVOA VillaAdvisor seal on the relevant villa page of their website. This is linked back to the review results shown on the relevant villa page of the CVOA website.

3. Villa owners, managers, agents and their friends and employees are not permitted to submit reviews of their own villas nor are they permitted to submit negative reviews of other villas in the program. If this practice should be discovered the offending villa owner or agent will not be allowed to participate in the program in future.

4. CVOA is dedicated to providing truthful and accurate reviews of the property on the CVOA website and will take whatever actions CVOA deems appropriate to ensure that the system is not misused by agents, owners or reviewers in any way.

5. CVOA reserves the absolute right not to publish or to delete any review at CVOA's discretion.

6. CVOA reserves the absolute right to immediately remove any villa or villas from the CVOA VillaAdvisor program at CVOA's discretion.

7. If villa owners, managers or agents encounter reviews of one of their villas which they believe is inaccurate, they may send a response to the review to VillaAdvisor@cvoa.com. CVOA will either ignore the response, publish the response or delete the review.

8. The legal jurisdiction for this contract is Gloucester County in the Commonwealth of Virginia, where the services are provided to Villa Owner by CVOA.
