Peponi Villa Peponi is situated in an acre of gently sloping garden. Both the house and garden have magnificent views over the Caribbean Sea, Pigeon Island and Cap Estate. Cap Estate Golf and Country Club with its 18 hole championship golf course is about 5 minutes drive away, Anse du Cap beach is about a 10 minute walk away and Rodney Bay with its shopping, restuarants and entertainment facilities is about a 10 minute drive way from the villa.
The property consists of a main house and two adjacent cottages and thus is able to accommodate comfortably both smaller and larger groups from 2 to 8 visitors.
There are 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms with ceiling fans and each with its own en suite bathroom.
The Main House is built on a split level with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and its own balcony. Upon request, the two single beds in the 2nd bedroom can be made up as a king.
On the upper level is a well equipped kitchen next to a dining area and adjacent breakfast balcony, each seating 4 persons. The lower level lounge has rattan furniture, cablevision TV, DVD player and a stereo radio/CD/ cassette player. The lounge opens onto a large covered patio with open air dining for 8 persons.
Flamboyant Cottage is connected to the main house by a spacious tiled terrace built above and around the swimming pool. Loungers are provided for sun lovers while sun shades and roller awnings provide shade.
The cottage has an indoor dining room seating 8 persons served by its own fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom has a king size bed and TV.
Allamanda Cottage is a few steps away along an illuminated path, and is built in typical Caribbean Cottage style and painted in bright tropical colours. The cottage has its own tiled, shaded patio. The bedroom has a Queen size bed. A TV, bar sink and small fridge complete the cottage
The garden is large and fully planted with fruit and decorative trees and flowers. There are many relaxing areas, such as the gazebo and a shaded bench to enjoy the garden, its island birds and spectacular sunsets.
This is a comfortable, well appointed villa that is ideal for couples, friends or families.
The property is fenced with a remote controlled gated and has the safety of a monitored Security System and a safe.
